Northwest & Southwest Cameroon Crisis
Since 2016, the Anglophone regions of Cameroon have faced a protracted socio-political crisis displacing hundreds of thousands of families. Mercy Works Relief Services has been present since the earliest days, delivering emergency food, shelter, medical referrals, and psychosocial care to IDPs and host communities in Bertoua, Abong-mbang, and surrounding areas.
The HQ team coordinates the full relief pipeline: assessment, procurement, distribution, and follow-up — maintaining dignity and transparency at every step.

Identification of unaccompanied minors and family tracing; placement with Love Homes when needed.

Support for IDPs in obtaining identity documents and registration with relevant authorities.

Ukraine
Following the 2022 Russian invasion, Mercy Works Relief Services mobilized prayer support, awareness campaigns, and material aid coordination for Ukrainian refugees and conflict-affected civilians through partner networks in Europe.
International Crisis Response
Solidarity with Ukraine
Relief Services extended its reach to the Ukrainian crisis through its Belgium chapter and international partner networks, coordinating aid mobilisation, prayer mobilisation, and material support for Ukrainian refugees hosted by European communities.
