Looking Ahead

Strategic Perspectives

Building on 25 years of proven impact, Mercy Works has identified six strategic priorities to guide the next phase of growth.

🏥

Expand to 30 Hope Clinics

Scale the Hope Clinic network from 15 to 30 operational locations — with priority in underserved regions across francophone and anglophone Africa.

🌍

FESIDEV Offices in 12 More Nations

Complete the 7 offices in progress (UK, Cameroon, Philippines, Luxembourg, Portugal, Benin, Germany) and open 5 additional FESIDEV offices to strengthen the international network.

📦

10 Additional Medical Containers

Ship 10 more FESIDEV medical containers to new Hope Clinic locations in the pipeline — prioritizing East Africa and West Africa clusters.

🧒

Double Orphan Support to 300+

Expand the Love Homes OVC programme to serve 300+ orphans with integrated health, education, legal, and psychosocial support — building on the existing 150+ foundation.

✝️

MADES Agricultural Expansion

Scale the 1-hectare Nkolavolo II plantain farm to 5 hectares, providing vocational income, agricultural training, and financial sustainability for MADES operations.

🌐

Strengthen International Relief Capacity

Formalize the Canada and Belgium relief chapters with dedicated staff, clear protocols, and a rapid-response fund for international crises.
