Founded in 2014, FESIDEV — Fédération des Seniors Internationaux pour le Développement — is a humanitarian organization that mobilizes the expertise of retired professionals for development and humanitarian missions worldwide.
FESIDEV's defining contribution to Mercy Works is the medical equipment container programme: sourcing, packing, and shipping full containers of medical supplies and equipment to Hope Clinics and partner facilities across Africa.
FESIDEV also plays a vital cross-departmental role — supporting Hope Clinic's geriatric campaigns, partnering with Love Homes on elder care, and providing logistics expertise for Relief Services operations.

Geriatric Consultations
At Hope Clinic Koumé and home visits
Cross-Departmental Support
Geriatric Health Campaign
In partnership with Love Homes and Hope Clinic Koumé, FESIDEV organized and funded a dedicated geriatric health campaign serving 101 elderly persons — combining clinical consultations at Hope Clinic with home visits for those unable to travel.
Services included full geriatric assessments, free laboratory tests, medication, nutritional supplements, and two full meals per day during the campaign period.
This campaign exemplifies FESIDEV's cross-departmental role: deploying expertise and resources wherever Mercy Works needs them — whether shipping containers or caring for the elderly in person.
