Dr. Victor Andoseh is a distinguished humanitarian leader and theologian who has dedicated his life to alleviating human suffering through faith-based action. As Head of the Mercy Works Department of the Zacharias Tanee Fomum Foundation, he oversees all five sub-departments, shaping strategy and ensuring that operations remain aligned with the founding vision of partnering with God for the well-being of mankind. Dr. Andoseh holds advanced degrees in theology and social welfare, and has led humanitarian initiatives across multiple African nations. He is widely regarded as a visionary leader whose deep compassion and administrative excellence have transformed countless lives.

Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum (1945–2009) was one of Africa's most prolific Christian authors, humanitarian visionaries, and spiritual leaders. A Professor of Organic Chemistry at the University of Yaoundé, Cameroon, he authored over 150 books on Christian living, ministry, and social transformation. He founded the Christian Missionary Fellowship International (CMFI) and established the Zacharias Tanee Fomum Foundation to ensure that his vision of mercy, justice, and compassion would outlive him. His foundational work, 'Mercy Works,' co-authored with Pastor Theodore Andoseh, remains the guiding document for the department.
